Offsite Technology Solutions was recognized by the Hillsborough County
Planning Commission with their 2012 Community Design Award. Since 1982
the award has recognized individuals and businesses that make an
Outstanding Contribution to the Community with projects that exhibit
excellence in every aspect of their planning and execution. The award
was presented last night at the 30th Annual Community Design Awards
Program at the Straz Center for the Performing Arts hosted by ABC Action
News Anchor Brendan McLaughlin.
Offsite Technology Solutions purchased the dilapidated building in 2010 and began the process to convert it into their corporate headquarters. Originally built in 1920, the 4,200 square foot building located at 1613 N. Franklin St. in Downtown Tampa made the perfect location.
“The close proximity to the Tampa business center and easy access to Interstate 275 means that we can reach clients across the Bay area quickly,” said Zielin. “Now we have a beautiful office from which we can support the IT needs of our clients,” continued Zielin.
